What is the status of my order?

If you wish to know the status of your order, you can do so on "MY PAGE" by selecting "ORDERS":

  • If your order is showing in progress it's currently being handled by our warehouse
  • If your order is showing completed it's been shipped and is on its way to you 
  • If your order is showing cancelled  then your order hasn't been successful. It will not be shipped and you will not be charged for it
