I've changed credit card or bank account

  • If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, the money will still be refunded to your bank account and this will not affect your refund.

  • If you have changed your bank account and you are waiting for your refund or if you have already been notified that your refund has been processed, we suggest you to contact your bank directly. They can re-transfer the refund to your correct bank account.
