Can I track my order?

If you chose a trackable delivery method for your order, you can follow its way to you.

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order is on its way. Click on your tracking link in the email to view the up to date tracking. 

  • Alternatively, you can go to "ORDERS" on your page and click "TRACK YOUR PACKAGE" and you will be immediately redirected to your tracking.

  • The only exception is Deutsche Post Priority and Pakker i Postkasse which doesn't offer any tracking number, you will only receive by email an internal parcel ID.
