My order is returned, should I pay my Klarna invoice?

  • As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, you will be sent a confirmation of this and an updated invoice. You will also find the adjusted invoice in your Klarna account.  
  • If your invoice expires, you have to pay the full amount, or log into your Klarna account and pause your invoice or change the expiration date. If you need help please contact Klarna's customer service by CLICKING HERE.
