My order did not go through but the money has been withdrawn from my account!

When using direct payment, the amount of the purchase can be reserved by your bank even though the order did not go through. In this case, the reservation will be cancelled after just a few working days and the amount will then be released back to your account.

Should you not have received your money back within a couple of working days, please contact our customer service and they will help you further!
