Can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped from us you will receive a shipment confirmation to your e-mail address.
If you have chosen a trackable shipment method you will be able to track your order using the tracking number that you received in your shipment confirmation! 

Not all of our delivery methods provide a full tracking and below you can see which of our methods that are trackable; 

Deutsche Post Priority
No tracking available

Local Post Service PlusDeutsche Post Paket Plus, Bring and USPS
- Partial tracking 

DHL Express, DHL Service Point and Postnord
- Full tracking
