Please know that if you have a pre-written label with DHL, you have to make sure to return your parcel with DHL Express.
Returning your items with another courier, such as your local post office, may result in your return not arriving back to us. In that case, we cannot guarantee a refund.
- If you order has been shipped with Postnord, put your return label on a sealed parcel and go to your closest Postnord station.
