I'm encountering technical issues on your website, what should I do?

If you're encountering technical problems we would like you to contact our customer service. 

To resolve the issue faster we would appreciate if you could provide some information for them:

  • What kind of device are you using?
  • What browser are you using?
  • Which country are you ordering from?

If you also could send a printscreen of the issue that would be great.

Our customer service will forward the information to our IT department so they can solve the issue as fast as possible.
