Our return process can take up to 14 days. If your invoice is about to expire, you can log in to "My Klarna" and pause your invoice by pressing "report return". You can also choose to move the expiration date. That way, your payment will be postponed.
As soon as our warehouse has received and processed your return, your invoice will be adjusted and updated automatically!
Your third option is to pay your invoice. You will then receive a full refund for the products that you sent back as soon as your return has been processed.
If your return has been processed and confirmed by us but your invoice has not yet been updated or credited, please contact our customer service.
